This auction is for a 12 1/2"x9 3/4" original trimmed black and white illustrated page published in 1925, "Spanish Slaver "Formidable" captured by the "Buzzard", by Edward Duncan after William John Higgins.

This page illustrates a Naval battle between the brigantine The "Buzzard', and the large Spanish slaver "Formidable" in 1834.

It is in good condition with a small smudge on the right lower corner edge, and a small library stamp on the blank reverse side of the illustrated page.
