This ad measures 10"x15 3/4", and features an illustration of a couple thinking of the World's Fair with an illustration of the Trylon and Perisphere, and the copy reads, "Have you been wondering how to make some money out of the World's Fair?-Many plan to rent a spare room-and they're coming to Spear's for values."

This ad is tan, and in good condition with a bend in the center.
